My Psychotherapy and Counselling Practice

My approach

What I can help with

What I can help with

My approach is predominantly informed by Gestalt psychotherapy, which focuses on helping people expand their awareness of their experience and the choices available to them.  With its emphasis on the 'here and now', Gestalt psychotherapy is dynamic, meaningful and practical.

What I can help with

What I can help with

I work with clients on issues including PTSD, developmental and other trauma, substance and process addictions, relationships, grief, identity issues, depression, anxiety, co-dependence and anger management.   As a gay man and a 'recovering' lawyer and corporate executive, I lend a level of expertise and insight to clients from LGBTQI and professional backgrounds.

Where I am

What I can help with

Where I am

I see clients in Potts Point in the Minton House building, which is between the Coca Cola sign and Kings Cross railway station, around a minute's walk from each.

I am also able to offer psychotherapy and counselling online for those who are unable to attend a face-to-face appointment, or who prefer that approach.
